From a physical and mental perspective, individual health improves the closer people are with the world around them. This follows the rules of nature, which will thrive and grow through balance and its own innate intelligence. If we all let ourselves grow through balance and intuition will can create more health, prosperity and happiness in our lives and in our relationships.
For the last 20 years, I’ve embraced the belief that integrating all of the aspects of our selves will bring us greater health, well-being and happiness. and that creating balance, health and well-being in one area will spill over into the others.
I approach real estate from the holistic viewpoint that findng the right home (or investment property) can enrich our lives by creating opportunities for greater personal and financial growth, and empowerment. Interested in Real Estate Investment Properties
I have been an investment property owner, landlord and have managed home renovation projects since 2005. In addition to helping people buy and sell properties for themselves, I would also love to help you buy and/or sell investment properties to grow your real estate portfolio for income generation purposes. Although the market goes through fluctuations, property valuations have proven time and time again to go up over the trajectory of time. For that reason, I truly believe in real estate as a solid investment. In addition to receiving consistent monthly income from your investment properties, the also capitalize on the appreciation of the property over time.
Thist is another area of real estate that I believe benefits from deliberate intentional creating. I managed a rental property across the country during one of the worst real estate markets, from 2005-2015. When other real estate investors were going into foreclosure because they couldn’t rent their properties, I rented my investment property continuously missing only one day of rent throughout that entire decade and once the market recovered and I was able to sell the property in a strong market. This is a testament to intentional property investing and property management and I’m happy to share any knowledge I can that will help you create a successful investment property purchase, sale and management.
